Special Transport and Exemptions
Under Lithuanian law, road tolls are not applicable to the following statutory categories of transport:
- Ministry of Interior and police vehicles;
- Fire and rescue services, state forestry firefighting vehicles;
- Vehicles specially adapted for persons with disabilities;
- Ambulances and emergency medical transport;
- School buses and registered educational transport;
- Road maintenance machinery and national armed forces transport.
